Participant Cancellations

• More than 14 days before the course start date
  ✅ Full refund or free rescheduling.
• 8–14 days before the course start date
  🔁 50% refund or free rescheduling.
• 7 days or less before the course start date
  ❌ No refund. Transfer allowed with a 25% rebooking fee.
• No-shows
  ❌ No refunds or transfers for no-shows without notice.

✅ Substitutions are allowed at no extra cost, if requested at least 2 business days before the course begins.

📅 Provider Cancellations

If Lotus Training cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances:

• You'll be notified as early as possible.
• You may choose a full refund or a free transfer to another session.
• We are not liable for any additional costs (e.g., travel or accommodation).
